Users in the field use Windows Mobile Smart Phones* with the Tracer software. The users complete their job details on their devices. The information is sent wirelessly to the office where it updates the payroll, invoicing and inventory systems.
Property Management Features: See Below
*Devices can include laptops, tablets or smart phones.
Work Orders
Tracer Remote Jobs is a work order system running on hand held devices using the Windows Mobile Operating System. (For examples of devices, please see the Hardware section below) Tracer Remote Jobs allows service technician to view past a history of jobs and upon arrival at the service location, technician (user) can mark job as started and as user consumes parts and material, he can update work order. Parts and material information used is sent via the wireless network to a report at the administrative office showing usage so replenishment can be managed with less paper based steps, more accuracy and with lower FTE’s.
GPS Info to Cluster jobs together resulting in less drive time, less gas and more revenue per technician
When an incoming call for non emergency work is received, the user will view two pieces of information: (1) the next available time slot and (2) the time slot when a technician is closest to the requested service address.
This is done by enhancing the effectiveness of customers scheduling system by providing Geographic or Location related information called “Geo Calendar Sync”
Geo Calendar Sync is an additional layer of information that shows technicians proximity to requested service address. The Geo Sync layer of information allows user to make scheduling decisions not just based on next available time, but on which technician is closer to requested service address.
Example: Call is received for new compressor installation. Calendar shows first available time slot is Tuesday afternoon. Geo Sync layer shows that a technician will be 2 miles from requested service area on Wednesday morning. Scheduler asks customer if service can be scheduled on Wednesday morning instead of Tuesday afternoon.

Tracer Violation Module
Managers using Tracer Violation module will be able to take a picture, make selections from drop down menus and type comments to automatically generate a violation letter containing a picture of the violation. Tracer will track the status of the specific violation (1st, 2nd, 3rd, Attorney) for the property and will transmit required data to the office where the letter can either be printed or be subject to Quality Control (QC) measures by staff. A configuration control panel allows customer to configure rules for each property (for example, configure how many letters precede the attorney stage).
Tracer Work Order Module
Tracer Remote Jobs is a work order system. Upon arrival at the location requiring repair, the Manager creates a work order and takes a picture which is embedded into the work order in the same manner that the picture is embedded in the violation letter from the Violation Module. Tracer Remote Jobs allows the user to view the past two jobs.
Tracer Architectural Review Module (ARC)
Tracer ARC module manages the approval process for associations.
Tracer Admin Web
Tracer includes a web interface for non-field personnel to login and view information collected by Tracer. Based on the user credential, the user will either only view or process (e.g.). adjust and print violation letters.
Tracer Customer Web
Tracer Customer Web is a user experience optimized for the board member or home owner using the best of breed architecture for a user friendly experience.
A configuration control panel allows customer to manage the user experience for board members and home-owners. Once a user logs in, strict control as to what is viewable and what is changeable is managed through the control panel.
